A wine to savour, the Oliver's Taranga Shiraz has a nose full of mocha, chocalte and coffee grounds. The mocha infuses with the dark cherry fruit in the mouth with great tannins providing a touch of grip with the lengthy finish. Quintessential McLaren Vale Shiraz. Bring out the slow cooked beef ragu, fresh crusty bread and pour yourself a glass or two!

So much so that they are one of the few from McLaren Vale to provide grapes to Penfold’s for the illustrious Grange.
Now under the guidance of the effervescent winemaker Corrina Wright, these grapes are being showcased in the Oliver’s Taranga wine range. Corrina is fast earning the reputation for producing ultra-premium age worthy wines that reflect the unique character of the Taranga Vineyard.
