The Moppa Shiraz is rich and flavoursome. The tannin profile is superb, fine grained but fleshy adding texture and definition. Complex and well balanced with fruit at the fore, oak in support and a very lengthy finish. An expressive Shiraz that can be enjoyed now or will cellar well in the medium to long term. Prime rib and a glass of Moppa, what else is there!
