A distinct departure from traditional wine making, each wine is highly expressive. The Viognier handled like a red wine has extended time on skins to provide honeyed notes and txture. Both reds have an abundance of primary fruit characters with minimal time in oak. Tannins and texture are gained through skin contact. All receive no additives of any sort. Pure natural wines! |

Kalleske Plenarius Vigonier
A twist on Orange wines. Extremely aromatic, it bursts alive with invitingly funky smells of ginger, marmalade, jasmine blossom, fresh lemongrass and spice. Amazingly textural,soft and rounded. Kallaske Parallax Grenache
Strawberries, violets, rose perfume, rosemary herb and rhubarb abound. Light-bodied but striking in its purity and generosity. Juicy bright berry fruits with alluring savoury characters framed by chalky, fine tannins adding definition and backbone. A long finish completes a very delicious, charming and engaging wine. Kallaske Zeitgeist Shiraz
Bright primary fruits abound. There is ripe plum, violet florals and crushed blackberry. Milk chocolate and clove spice are also evident, adding complexity to the vivid fruits. The pure fruits from the aroma flourish throughout the palate.
