Merchant Cabernet Sauvignon has enticing aromas of lifted boysenberry, cedar, violet and molasses. Medium bodied with varietal juicy fruit. Tannins are prominent but very fine adding definition, structure and age-worthiness. A great match with Port wine braised beef short ribs.
